SUMMARY OF CREDENTIALS
Gregory has over 15 yeas experience as a funds and financial services lawyer. Since March 2021, he has been providing independent legal and governance expertise for banks and asset management companies in Luxembourg, prior to which he held in-house legal roles with significant financial institutions.

In that capacity, Gregory has regularly advised clients on setting up AIFM entities, fund distribution (EU branches) and MiFID top-up licence filings and he has undertaken Conducting Officer/Board member mandates.

Gregory was previously the Managing Director of FundRock Management Company S.A. (an Apex Group Company). He has also held various other positions enhancing his knowledge and expertise on every aspect of the fund lifecycle, including on investment strategies and distribution and corporate governance, as well as on regulatory issues covering UK, Lux, Irish and Cayman Islands products.

Gregory is a fluent bilingual, English and French speaker.

Master's degree in Private Law from the University of Montpellier (France 2005)
Postgraduate degree in Criminal Law from the University of Liege (Belgium 2006)
