About us at Oryx

Oryx grew out of the success of Oryx Law, established in the UK in 2018 working mostly with clients in the Middle East. The success of its unique model led to the creation of Oryx Legal Consultants LLC and Oryx Consulting LLC in the UAE to service MENA based clients in their time zone.

At Oryx, we provide senior partner level consultants for an extensive range of legal, compliance, corporate finance and advisory and boardroom services. We are transparent and flexible on working and fee arrangements and tailor each offering to meet our client’s needs. For all our services, we can work in the client’s office and/or remotely for a specified number of days a week, as the client requires. This gives our clients continuity of senior support, without adding headcount.

Legal Services
Oryx offers an alternative to the traditional way organisations access legal advice and services. Institutions and Corporates looking for dedicated senior legal support on a specific transaction engage Oryx to work directly with internal teams and their counterparties, such as other law firms or international institutions. Clients can also engage Oryx for the provision of an in-house outsourced Head of Legal or equivalent on a fractional basis.

Compliance Services
Financial Institutions looking for dedicated senior compliance support to establish a presence in the UAE and on a project by project basis, engage Oryx to work directly with internal teams and regulators. Clients also engage Oryx for the provision of an in-house outsourced Compliance Officer on a fractional basis.

Corporate Finance and Advisory Services
Corporates looking for financial analysis and structuring advice engage Oryx to work directly with their internal teams to provide solutions for capital raising, debt and capital structuring, financial transformation and business integration issues.
Clients also engage Oryx for the provision of an in-house Chief Financial Officer on a fractional basis to assist clients with their financial department resourcing requirements.

Boardroom Services
Oryx matches corporates seeking non-executive directors with senior candidates able to offer sound corporate governance at board level. We assist our clients to address boardroom diversity expectations.
