SAP CRM

• Deloitte Nederland has built a new CRM application in cooperation with Oryx Consulting. Within the project, Oryx Consulting had the technical responsibility over the developments based on Web Dynpro for ABAP. Every project has a beginning and an end, but managing customer relationships never ends. It's all about business continuity, attracting new customers, keeping them and develop the relationship. At Deloitte, the CRM system is tightly coupled to the performance goals of the organization. With the successful realization of a state of the art application, together with a partner that understands the business needs, Deloitte made the next step in establishing a solid IT landscape.

SAP Netweaver

• Eandis, Flanders largest company for transport of electricity and gas, implemented SAP Portal 7.0 as their corporate intranet solution for more than 4000 people. Main functionalities are process documentation, ESS/MSS and BW reports and custom developments were done in Web Dynpro for Java. Oryx Consulting participated in the project blueprint, technical design, implementation, web dynpro programming and training of helpdesk agents. Download the project sheet here.
