Belgian SAP consultancy company Oryx Group has acquired a controlling interest in Bulgarian company Climbing Frame and has thus expanded its activities into four European countries.
Oryx Group originated in 2011 from Luxembourg company Oryx Consulting, which has been active in the Benelux since 2004 and concentrates on three pillars in the SAP ecosystem: user-friendliness (including web and mobile applications), business intelligence and client management.
“We are one of the few players in the market aspiring a clear European growth strategy which allows us to make attractive offers to our clients. And our employees are given the opportunity to work in an international context, an absolute strength in today's globalised economy,” says Geoffrey Craps, Managing Director of the group.
“The merger creates an effective sales channel in Western Europe,” says Dimitar Ougrinov, Managing Director of Climbing Frame, “which will enable us to grow and land bigger deals”.
The new group employs more than 25 people and for 2012 targets significant growth in Belgium, the Netherlands and Bulgaria.
